We really wanted to have the first part of our trip finalized by the end of January. We don’t have to wait until the end of January, because we already know.
We are going to start in Costa Rica in search of bioluminescent water and beautiful nature. We aim to slow down and adopt a different rhythm of life. Then we will descend to the 0-line, the equator. We will stay in Quito, Ecuador, during the festival month, where we will look for a coffee and cocoa plantation. After this, we will head down to Cuzco, Peru. Hiking at Machu Picchu and the ‘Rainbow Mountains’. Next, we want to stargaze in Chile. A visit to Easter Island is on the schedule before we head down to Patagonia, Chile/Argentina. After this, we will make a major crossing to Botswana for a wildlife visit in the Delta. We will enjoy Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa, and celebrate the holidays around Pretoria, South Africa.
Countries with a different culture, food, and people. Animals roaming around there, like the puma in Chile, which we hopefully will see. Getting to discover another part of the world.
